500 signed up for the Tour and counting

The Tour of Pembrokeshire has got over 500 people signed up to ride the 2012 event, now just a week away. Everyone involved is hoping that we can get any bad weather out of the way this week, supposedly the wettest drought on record, and have a glorious spring day on the 12th. As we get closer to the big day why not follow our Met Office supplied weather forecast to see what weather is predicted at Oriel y Parc on the start line.

5 Day Weather Forecast

The Tour of Pembrokeshire has hooked up with the MET Office to bring you an up to date weather forecast for this year’s Tour.

The MET Office has recently added over four hundred more locations to its forecast location list including the Start of The 2012 Tour of Pembrokeshire. The forecast is located on the Weather page and should be a useful tool for riders as we approach the 12th of May.

Tandem in the Tour

Experienced tandem riders Andrew and Carol Stuart have signed up to ride this year’s Tour of Pembrokeshire. They will be taking on the 50 mile route, we are really pleased that they have chosen to ride the Tour as it highlights that it is a sportive for everyone no matter who you are or what you ride.
